Returns Policy 

At Saint Anelle we design each and every piece with care, they are designed to be treasured for years to come. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our shell bags, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or general wear and tear.

However, we are happy to offer:

  • Exchanges or store credit for eligible items
  • Replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty
  • Assistance if your order arrives significantly different from what was described

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition
  • Your return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

As each Saint Anelle piece is handmade and features natural shells and materials, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and placement are considered part of the beauty of the piece and are not deemed faults.

Handmade Nature of Our Pieces

Please note:

  • Every Saint Anelle piece is individually handmade
  • Natural shells may feature unique markings, textures, or slight imperfections
  • No two pieces will ever be completely identical

These details are intentional and part of the artistry and individuality of your piece.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saintanelleluxury@gmail.com 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Saint Anelle is not responsible for lost returns. 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Saint Anelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.
