Processing Times

As many Saint Anelle pieces are handmade, please allow:

• 3–5 business days for order processing
• Additional time during launches or high-volume periods

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Saint Anelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels have been shipped, Saint Anelle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.
